Shipping policy

I'm from the US, will my order be subject to a tariff fee or other fees?

The de minimus exemption - the duty-free threshold of $800USD of shipments of all countries including Canada was suspended on August 29th, 2025.
All postal shipments to the US will require prepaid duties before your package crosses the border.
Goods previously covered by de minimus are now subject to a duty equal to the effective tariff rate applicable the the product's country of origin under the International Emergency Economic Powers Act (IEEPA).
The current IEEPA rate for goods made in Canada is 35% for most products, this applies to my store and will be charged to the customer at checkout.
A Delivered Duties Paid (DDP) label will be printed alongside your shipping label.

The Court of Appeals and the Court of International Trade have deemed the tariffs imposed under IEEPA unlawful, and has taken the pending case to the Supreme Court with oral arguments heard on November 5th, 2025.
I can only hope something good will come with the final verdict but unfortunately won't get my hopes up given the lack of rebuttal towards the extreme misconduct of the current US administration.
I'm so sorry that as a customer, you must take the brunt of these tariffs.
